Time: Registration Group One (age’s birth to 9 years) 10:00am – 10:30am Pageant starts at 11am
Registration Group Two (ages 10 and up) 3:00pm – 3:30pm. Pageant starts at 4:00pm
Deadline for entries April 13th (entries should be postmarked by this date)
Early entry discount. If postmarked by March 20th take $10 off!!!

3-4 Years Sunday Best or Pageant Attire Wee Miss / Mr. Relay for Life
5-6 Years Sunday Best or Pageant Attire Little Miss/Mr. Relay for Life
7-9 Years Sunday Best or Pageant Attire Princess/Prince Miss/Mr. Relay for Life

10-12 years Long Pageant Gown Jr. Teen Miss Relay for Life
13-15 Years Long Pageant Gown Young Teen Miss Relay for Life
16-18 years Long Pageant Gown Teen Miss Relay for Life
19 + Long Pageant Gown Ms. Relay for Life
We reserve the right to combine pageants into one if numbers are low.

AREAS OF COMPETITION, ATTIRE & AWARDS
Beauty – Ages 0-9 Pageant Gown or Sunday Dress. Ages 10 & up long dress. Judges will be told to judge on ease on stage, personality, & overall beauty. Winners in each age division will receive a crown, trophy & sash Nobody will go home empty handed. We want to see each contestant’s natural beauty. Please only age appropriate makeup & attire. Contestant’s ages 0-4 must be accompanied on stage by an adult.
Photogenic – Optional Category. All phases of photogenic will receive a special award. All Photos should be mailed in by deadline. Photos should be in clear plastic sleeve, labeled with name and age division.
Casual Wear/Sports Wear - Optional Category. Any type of cute outfit. Winners will receive a special award
Best Dress, Best Hair, Best Eyes, & Best Smile– All optional categories. Winners in each will receive special prize. This will be judged during group division lineup.
Swimwear – Optional Catergory. Swimwear of your choice, must be in good taste. Winner in each will receive special prize.

Relay for Life Support Award – Help raise money for Relay For Life-by gathering signatures for $1 each on a plain sheet of paper or the attachment below. This award will be given to the contestant who collects the most signatures. The contestant who collects the most (minimum $150) signatures ($1 each) or sponsors ($50 each) will receive the Overall Relay for Life Support Title/Award. The winner collecting the most will receive a trophy, gift and a crown.

ALL Signatures/Sponsors, & monies for the Community Support Award MUST be sent in by April 13th!!!

Overall Awards If we have at least 40 contestants we will have two overall beauty winners; one crowned in 0-9 years and one crowned in 10 and up. These overall awards will go to the two contestants with the highest combined scores in casual wear and beauty. There will be no double crowning in beauty!
RULES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
If you would like your Score sheets please bring a self addressed envelope to registration and they will be mailed to you. If you would like a receipt please request one during registration.Judges will be told to judge you on how you walk (posture, poise and personality) not where you walk. So if you have a specific on stage pattern you would like to compete with you are welcome to do so. Hair, make-up and dress should be age appropriate. Dress should fit well and compliment the contestant. Beginners are welcome; no previous pageant experience is needed. All ages welcome!! You do not have to be a resident of SC in order to participate! Every contestant will be recognized on stage and NOBODY will go home empty handed!! We will not double crown!! In order to be eligible for the Overall beauty award you must enter beauty and casual wear and Swimwear.

I herby agree to hold Caroline Rogers Relay For Life, American Cancer Society, directors, volunteers, staff, & facility where pageant is held completely harmless for any events which occur before, during, or after the pageant, including but not limited to; theft, illness, injury, accident, etc. I understand that I enter the pageant at my own risk & assume full responsibility for my own property & person.
