Who: All Educators and Friends of Education
What: Kathy Maness of PSTA will share current legislation affecting education. She will also share the seminar "Hooked on Politics" to provide information about how to effectively work with legislators and share our collective education advocate voice.
When: Thurs, Oct. 18
Where: Gaffney High Auditorium
Why: This is a nonpartisan informational meeting to educate all advocates of education about the upcoming legislative initiatives that will play a large role in the education of our students state wide.
Please invite family, friends, community members, business leaders to this informative session on what is taking place in politics right now that will greatly impact education and the children of Cherokee County.
